What Causes Pelvic Pain?
There are many different factors and health issues that can cause pelvic pain. Endometriosis, which is the presence of uterine tissue outside of the uterus, is one cause. Ovarian cancer, ovarian cysts, and uterine fibroids are other causes. Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) also causes pelvic pain.
